"I am out of control" ....

"I am out of control", to qoute Regis Philbin. I think this Decadron I am now taking effects the blood sugar cause I have been cleaning house from 10 am to 10 pm. Ladies, it is spelled 'd e c a d r o n', in case you would like to see if your Dr. can prescribe some for your husband. I hit the master bathroom, my closet, vacuumed/mopped the floor, baseboards and windows, recycled old magazines, re-organized old books (how about that David Rainey, I have kept all of my old books, I might even read some of them one day). Robin commented that she is going to talk to my Dr. about taking me off of this stuff. I had her half of the bed full of things for her to sort through when she got home. That way she has to at least touch it to get into the bed! Pretty smart, huh?
They had a very long day too. They got in about 7:30 pm from school! Practice, report card work and the like. I did over do it a bit I must say. But you got to while you can.

God is my sustainer. No doubt it is He that gives us the ability to make it every day. May His Grace cover you and me each and every day so we can be in the center of His will. Amen.
GW.

George,

I am sure you will be hearing from Russ soon asking to buy some of that stuff for me. I was surprised to see he hasn't responded yet. I'm glad you had a productive day however, I think I will pray for a more even distribution of energy for you in the future.

Your blog is the first thing I check when I get to work in the morning. It always inspires, but, just to let you know, I also grow from the days when you share struggles. I don't know why this is on my mnd, but I hope you never feel burdened by this blog. That's enough of that. Just on my heart to share. Love to you and yours. You are always in my heart.
Big Sis,
Margie

I might need a pill for the opposite. Seems all I do is clean!! It's hard for me to settle down if my house isn't in order, I'm one of those people that feel like my day isn't complete unless the bed is made!!
I'm happy you are "finding" things to do and Robin I am sure appreciate's the clean house, Although that is a pretty smart way to make a point!

Thank you for praying for Sean and my father in law. They are coming in town Wed. for a while....
We'll have to have you and Robin over soon so we can visit longer!!!

You are still in our prayers and Jonah still prays at night for you!!!

George:

I always enjoy your posts. The are fun, funny (like this one), uplifting, encouraging, and challenging (I get convicted).

Changing the subject, check-out this cool stuff I was reading tonight from A.W. Tozer's "The Knowledge of the Holy".

“Wisdom, among other things, is the ability to devise perfect ends and to achieve those ends by the most perfect means. It sees the end from the beginning, so there can be no need to guess or conjecture. Wisdom sees everything in focus, each in proper relation to all, and is thus able to work toward predestined goals with flawless precision. All God’s acts are done in perfect wisdom, first for His own glory, and then for the highest good of the greatest number for the longest time. And all His acts are as pure as they are wise, and as good as they are wise and pure. Not only could His acts not be better done: a better way to do them could not be imagined.”

“With the goodness of God to desire our highest welfare, the wisdom of God to plan it, and the power of God to achieve it, what do we lack?”

The victory you walk in and pour into your Blog as you endure trials is encouraging to me and many others.

Thank you!

Hopefully these quotes from Tozer are encouraging for you as well. God is so cool! You've got an infinite God desiring and planning your highest welfare and He's got ALL power to bring it to pass. Not only that He's doing it in the best way possible.

Hallelujah!
