Fever ..

Request for prayer today. I (George) started running a fever of 100.1 F yesterday afternoon and it has hovered between 99.8 F and 100.2 F. I spoke with the Dr. on call and he gave me a game plan to follow depending on what happens over the next day. I was having the usual body aches which I usually have following the Neupogen shots, then my nurse took my temp (my better half). The Dr. did say that my white count was 1,800. That is not critical but he said it should build higher since I am on the shots. Otherwise, I have continued to eat normally with some mild cramping on and off throughout the day. It's very difficult to get up and move around due to the fatigue/aches, but I promised myself I would not be a wimp about this stuff, so I am going to tough it out and come out on top in Jesus name.

I'll have to skip all of the planned festivities today which we were invited to, but the wife and kids can still enjoy them hopefully. God Bless.

Happy 4th of July and Thankyou to all of our men and women in uniform who have kept us free to celebrate such days.

Our prayers are with you, George. We curse the root of the fever, in Jesus name, if the Lord is not allowing it for good in your life. We love you. Happy 4th of July from an old service man and brother.
